A Place at the Beach is situated on the Atlantic Ocean in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This area is famous for its fine beaches and many excellent golf courses (more than 100). Guests also will enjoy several amusement parks, water parks, restaurants, shopping at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, and many popular music theaters featuring top-name artists. Brookgreen Gardens, located south of Myrtle Beach, has an aviary and a renowned sculpture garden. This resort does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or RVs on the property
