Nantucket Sound's Gulf Stream waters greet guests as they stroll from their doorsteps through pristine dunes to 400 feet (122 meters) of sandy Cape Cod beach. Most units have a view across the sound to the shores of the National Wildlife Preserve of Monomoy Island. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, a putting green, and an exercise facility. Gas grills are provided in the common areas. Most units overlook the ocean and have gas fireplaces, limited kitchens, and midweek housekeeping service. Studio units are located across the street and do not offer ocean views
