Masters Villas at Paradise Canyon

About

Masters Villas is an all-season resort surrounded by beautiful high desert scenery. Each villa features a full kitchen, three HDTVs, a whirlpool tub, two-car garage with golf cart, and a private barbecue grill. Mesquite offers three major casinos, with Las Vegas just about an hour away, and is also within driving distance of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon national parks. Seasonal adventures include waterskiing on Lake Mead and snowboarding at Brian Head Resort. Guests receive reduced golf rates at select courses and complimentary driving range balls. Please contact the resort for details regarding the annual overseed schedule

What the units actually give you

Interval's amenity list only says "Cooking Facilities (In Units)" and "Laundry Facilities", which leaves the two most practical questions open. The answers below are read from the wording of the source shown, quoted so you can judge it yourself.

What is actually within reach

Grocery
901 m — walkable
Virgin Valley Food Mart
Pharmacy
1.6 km — short drive
Beach
none within 6 km

Straight-line distance from the resort to the nearest one mapped, so the walk or drive is longer. Interval says only whether a grocery is "nearby"; this says how near. Data from OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL.

Airports

Interval names LAS, which is 127.0 km away in a straight line. SGU is closer at 55.1 km.

Also in range: LAS 127.0 km · SGU 55.1 km · BLD 120.2 km · CDC 130.1 km. Scheduled-service airports only, largest first. From OurAirports (public domain).
