Set in a picturesque and unspoiled mountain valley near the border between the Italian provinces of Lombardy and Trentino, Palace Ponte di Legno is an imposing building dating from 1910. Superb skiing opportunities are 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) from the resort in one of Italy's leading winter-sports regions, including year-round glacier skiing on the nearby Ghiacciaio Presena. A few kilometers away is the town of Ponte di Legno, with many facilities on offer, including an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, minigolf, and a nine-hole golf course
